Thank you to the blog Paulotics for posting this video. I only hope the authorities are able to catch the filth that made it.

***UPDATE***

Youtube has since removed this video showing a violent attack by at least 3 people with a 4th holding the camera on someone gay or perceived to be gay in the Atlanta area.

Is Youtube in the right to remove this video as it maybe seen as promoting hatred or should videos like these be kept up instead of sweeping the issue under the rug and pretending like it never happened?

via Xtra: Calgary Transit removes Virgin Mobile’s Same-sex Kiss Ad

Wow leave it to the Conservatives in Alberta, specifically Calgary, to serve up a colossal fail to the Queer community and advertising - As if I needed another reason to never ever visit Calgary.

As reported by Xtra news Calgary transit has yanked the ad because “several” people found it offensive and that is was inappropriate for children. What’s next Calgary, ya going to outlaw same-sex displays of affection in public?

The ad (seen below) features two guys, one with angel wings, kissing. A similar ad (also below) featuring a heterosexual couple is allowed to stay.

Milk Screenwriter Barred From Michigan Campus Talk

So the College thinks that this guy’s stance is too one sided. Yeah I’m afraid that when it comes to equal rights there are only two sides - those you believe in equality and those who don’t. This is not one of those grey areas.

If someone thinks Queer people shouldn’t be allowed to raise kids but does believe that they should have the right to marry, guess what? They’re still homophobic and a bigot. We’re not asking for anything more than what heterosexuals already have. <sigh> I can’t believe it’s almost 2010. People need to grow up.
