Well this is just ridiculous the Advocate claims that when during a taping of Regis and Kelly, in which Anderson Cooper was guest hosting, Kelly Ripa “outed” Cooper when she said “Anderson was just saying to me I hope I come out” and then quickly corrects herself by saying “I hope Fergie comes out to Dance with me” - you can watch the video that the advocate refers to here.

To me this was clearly not an outing at all and simply a word fumble that happened to have extra meaning to those who know/think that Cooper is Gay. It seems that the Advocate and the Gawker for that matter are really grasping at straws here.
